Who we are

SmalTek is a private company, located in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Founders: Sergiy Kolokolkin & Maryna Kolokolkina.

Sergiy has been programming complex data processing software since 1989. A few examples:

  • Software system that helps to create and maintain legislation on work safety in Ukraine.
  • Logistics system used by companies like Coca-Cola and Sears.
  • Financial planning software for Canadian market.
  • Health insurance claims processing for Blue Cross Blue Shield SC, USA
