Favorites: Open your favourite workout routines. You can mark any workout routine as a favourite when you browse the list of workout routines (the Routines button)

Routines: Select a predefined workout routine, or create your own custom routine.

History: Review your workout on any date in the past (not available in ABC).


This section deals with individual exercises.

Favorites: Open your favourite exercises. You can mark any exercise as a favourite when you browse the list of exercises.

Body Map: Find exercises for a particular muscle group. If you don't see an exercise you like, just add your own.

By Name: Find exercises by name.


Calculate and track BMI, BMR, TDEE, Body Fat Percentage, Target Heart Rate and One Rep Max; track your weight.

Body measurements tracking; custom measurements for tracking anything else.


Back up your data to (free) to prevent any data loss. Adjust settings. Learn how to work out to build muscle or to trim fat.
